If the user does not live within a certain area distance from Spokane, the user will not be allowed to post a local classified or send messages using the Spokads.com messaging system.

Spokads.com collects information about each user's IP address information and time stamp for the safety of our users. If we find that a user tries to uses the Spokads.com website for purposes that violates the Spokads.com rules and regulations, this user will be blocked from our website and their ISP will be notified. In the case that a user tries to post pornography or pornographic links on the Spokads.com, the user will be fined $10,000 for each instance and legal action will be taken as stated in the rules and regulations.

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about site updates and optionally local business coupons. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
