What is Spokads?

Welcome to Spokads! I am a busy electrical engineering student who somehow finds time to do all sorts of interesting things on top of my homework, family, and work (developing this site is just one of my many projects).

At the time of this writing and over the last few months, I have put some late nights and sweat into rewriting every last line of code to improve the speed of the site. Also, I got tired of manually deleting all of the fraud ads that poured in from South Africa and came up with a method to automate that task.

This site is written in PHP, MYSQL, and Javascript. No, the site is not for sale unless you can offer enough money to pay off my college debt.

This is the December 2009 site release. Future development of the site includes a community forum and events calendar.

If you are a local business, non-profit organization, or self employed contractor ( I used to be one...), you can create a banner to be posted on the site for free. Contact me for more details.
